Prepaid Orders Only: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders are processed securely via online payment gateways. Free shipping thresholds and charges are displayed at checkout.

2.1 Order processing: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful online payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Customised or made-to-order artisanal pieces require additional craft time, which will be communicated on the product page or upon confirmation.

2. Pan-India Delivery Coverage & Timelines

2.2 Delivery coverage: Casa Belle delivers to serviceable PIN codes across India through designated reputable logistics partners. Indicative timelines range between 3 to 7 business days depending on destination city, weather, and courier network conditions.

3. Shipping Charges & Live Tracking

2.3 Shipping charges: Applicable delivery charges, if any, are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

2.4 Tracking: Once your consignment has been handed over to our logistics partner, shipment tracking details and links are shared via email and WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Address & Visible Transit Damage

2.5 Accurate address: Customers are responsible for providing complete shipping details including PIN code and active telephone number. Additional courier fees may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts.

2.6 Visible parcel damage & unboxing: If outer parcel appears damaged upon arrival, take clear photos before opening. Customers are advised to record a continuous unboxing video. Contact support@casabelledecor.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement assistance.
